CEO of M/s. Excel Surveyors started his professional career on 1^st January 1991 as a Trainee Surveyor with one of the leading Insurance Loss Adjusting firms M/s. HMC local representative of M/s. C7AUK.

During this period spanning over more than 20 years, he carried out Insurance Surveys/ Loss Adjusting Assignments of all sorts starting from paltry marine losses at the start of his career to major flood losses at Thermal/Hydro Power Plants in Pakistan. Also, during the same period numerous major assignments related to Fire & Engineering/Miscellaneous losses along with Risk Inspection of Textiles, Sugar, Oil & Ghee, Fertilizer & Chemical Plants, Cement, Paper & Board, Pesticides, Tannery, Food & Confectionery Industries, Hydro & Thermal power generation, Oil & Gas fields and Construction/Erection projects were carried out. The assignments were handled independently and competently to the entire satisfaction of Insurance company officials and the involved client(s). Mr. Muhammad Fayyaz Khan, rose from a Trainee surveyor to Head the Property Claims Department of the company.
